The European Implementation Network (EIN) works with its members and partners - lawyers, civil society organisations and communities - from across the Council of Europe to advocate for full and timely implementation of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights. Based in Strasbourg, France, EIN serves as a hub for European civil society and facilitates its engagement with the Council of Europe’s structures.
Among other activities, EIN organises regular NGO briefings with the Committee of Ministers (CM), which supervises the implementation of human rights judgments.
Countries shown in red are those which have an EIN member or partner organisation - or which have been the subject of a judgment that was addressed at the NGO briefings to the CM. Detailed information about briefings and all discussed cases can be found at 'NGO briefings'.
