PACE committee identifies major problems of implementation in nine CoE member States

The PACE Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights has, in its eighth report on the implementation of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, identified major problems of implementation in the nine ember States with the highest numbers of unenforced judgments (Italy, Turkey, the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Romania, Greece, Poland, Hungary and Bulgaria). The report will be debated by the Parliamentary Assembly, at its plenary session on Wednesday 30 September 2015.
